Individuals globally with a proven professional interest in mastering digital transformation are invited to become a One Digital World Fellow through our cohort-based, immersive learning experience.

We’re looking for participants who aim to elevate their digital strategy toolkit for current or future roles, representing diverse industries such as:

scheduling - what to expect

  • The One Digital World Fellowship program requires a 6 – 9 hour weekly commitment.
  • Cohort 1 instruction begins on July 8, 2024, and ends on September XX , 2024, with a 1-week break from July 29 to August 2.
  • Onboarding will commence on June 28th, and Graduation is scheduled for September ????.
  • A typical week for our Digital Fellows includes four different types of sessions: ASYNC Curriculum modules, Lab Sessions, Expert Talks, and Office Hours.
  • All sessions are recorded for flexibility.

COHORT SESSIONS by Week:

COHORT SESSION Details:

  • Focus: Understanding digital transformation fundamentals and the role of strategic leadership.
  • Activities: Activity on aligning digital strategies with long-term business goals and leadership discussions to set the tone for transformation including fostering a digital-first culture, as well as effective digital communication techniques.
  • Focus: Deep dive into the latest technologies shaping industries and how to leverage them for strategic advantage.
  • Activities: Hands-on overviews and demos of key digital tools and platforms, assessing their impact on business operations.
  • Focus:  Understanding data and information and how it is managed.  Becoming Data-Driven in digital initiatives while influencing organizational culture.
  • Activities:  The foundations of data and AI acumen, including how AI works, to leverage data-at-rest and data-at-motion to create value in an organization.
  • Focus: Strategies for leading effective change to incorporate new technologies and digital workflows.
  • Activities: Case studies on successful change management, workshops on overcoming resistance to change.
  • Focus: Leveraging digital tools to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
  • Activities: Design thinking, customer journey mapping sessions, and strategy development for improving digital customer experiences.
  • Focus: Encouraging continuous innovation and maintaining flexibility to adapt to new opportunities.
  • Activities: Innovation labs, agile methodology training, and scenario planning exercises.
  • Focus: Understanding the use of data in the modern digitally driven organization, including ethical considerations and security needs in the context of digital initiatives.
  • Activities: Discussions on digital ethics, workshops on implementing robust security measures, and compliance training.
  • Focus: Enhancing ability to interpret and utilize data for strategic decision making.
  • Activities: Sessions on data analytics, understanding data sources, and applying insights to real-world business scenarios.
