The Digital Skills for Today’s Workforce Act (H.R. 8056) was introduced on April 17, 2024, by Representatives Abigail Spanberger and David Valadao. This bill aims to amend the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) to establish a digital skills at work grant program.
